Fund the contract once. Never chase invoices again.
On creator acceptance, the full contract amount is captured and held in escrow until milestones clear. As metrics stream in, payouts auto-release on a four-phase curve plus per-tier on threshold hits. Unreleased funds refund automatically at the end of the tracking window. The brand never sees an invoice; the creator never sends one.
Four phases. No all-or-nothing.
An all-or-nothing escrow penalises creators who over-deliver early and locks up brand capital longer than necessary. PROOF's graduated curve releases payouts on a schedule independent of metric hits — giving the creator steady cash flow, the brand a clear refund trigger, and both sides cleaner accounting. Base pay releases on the graduated time curve; tier bonuses release on metric thresholds.
The moment a threshold is crossed, the payout is earned.
The moment a creator's post crosses a tier threshold, the payout is earned and a payout queues. A fraud-check runs (velocity, engagement sanity). If clear, after a short settle window the funds transfer automatically to the creator's payout account. No “wait until end of month”, no invoice round-trip.

Fraud check fires
Growth-velocity anomaly detection and engagement-to-view ratio sanity checks.
Funds transfer
Payout enters the creator's account in their local currency, tax-handled.
AU brand → US creator → no friction.
PROOF is AU-based (ABN 39 696 947 118) and handles cross-border payments. Creators receive funds in their local currency once they've onboarded their payout account.

Unreleased escrow always refunds. Full stop.
At the end of the tracking window, any tier that didn't hit its threshold refunds to the brand automatically. No claim form, no support ticket, no manual reconciliation. The creator got paid for what they delivered; the brand got back what they didn't. That's the whole point.
