Brand Profile

Your brand profile is visible to creators when they receive offers and browse the marketplace. Navigate to Settings to update your company name, website, and contact details.

A complete brand profile builds trust with creators and leads to higher offer acceptance rates. Include your company website and ensure your company name accurately reflects your brand.

Payment Method Configuration

PROOF uses Stripe for all payment processing. In the Settings page under Payment & Escrow, click "Add Payment Method" to securely save a card. The Stripe Elements form handles all sensitive card data — nothing touches PROOF's servers.

• Supported cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• Cards are verified with a $0 authorization hold
• You can update your payment method at any time
• Escrow funds are charged when creators accept offers

Notification Preferences

PROOF sends notifications for all contract state changes — offers accepted, counter-offers received, content submitted, payments released, and more. You'll see these in your notification bell (top-right of every page) and optionally via email.
