Usage Types

PROOF lets you define what rights you have to use creator content beyond organic posting. Configure these during contract setup:

• Organic — Standard social media posting (included by default)
• Paid Ads — Right to use content in paid social media advertising
• Whitelisting — Permission to run ads from the creator's account
• Repurpose — Right to repurpose content on brand channels, website, etc.
• Sublicense — Right to grant content usage to third parties

Rights Marketplace

After a contract is active, the Rights Marketplace lets you request additional usage rights or extensions:

• Rights Extensions — Extend the duration of existing usage rights or upgrade to additional usage types
• Spark Ads Add-ons — Request TikTok Spark Ads or Meta Partnership Ads permission with budget and duration terms

Creators can accept or decline these requests. Accepted extensions are automatically applied to the contract.
